2. Current insurance Card

3. Mileage of vehicle

NEW REGISTRATION (DEALER SALE)

1. Bill of sale to prove the sales tax was paid or that the sale was exempt

2. BLUE title application form

3. Current insurance card

NEW REGISTRATION (PRIVATE SALE)

1. Bill of sale

2. Current insurance card

3. Title (all vehicles 1995 or newer)

4. Release of Lien (if applicable)

NEW REGISTRATION (TRANSFER)

1. Bill of sale

2. Current insurance card

3. Title (all vehicles 1995 and newer)

4. Release of Lien (if applicable)

5. Original registration of the vehicle that is being transferred
